About

Fallon-Cortese Land, formerly, Emmet Fallon Agency, was established in 1972. Knowing the importance of infusing new energy into a business, Emmet was joined by Nick Cortese in 2004.

Tens of millions of dollars in sales and hundreds of satisfied customers later, we still do business the old-fashioned way, with honesty and integrity. Since 2004, Fallon-Cortese Land has continued to refresh and renew by adding new agents, and Kelly Sparks. A combination of experience and a thorough knowledge of New Mexico ranches has brought continued success; but, more importantly, many new friends and repeat customers.

Seeing the need for a more central location, a new agency was added in Ruidoso, NM. With experienced realtor, Stacy Hamilton, at the office in Ruidoso, the recreational and retirement needs of people looking to relocate to the cool pines are being satisfied.

Our principals include the founder Emmet Fallon, Associate Broker Kelly Sparks, and Nick Cortese Qualifying Broker. All were raised on New Mexico farms and ranches and continue to operate their own farms and ranches.

Community service has been an important part of our brokers’ lives. Each have served their communities for many years in various capacities; such as Mayor, County Commissioner, school board, and in their churches as volunteers and officers.

We specialize in selling reasonably priced working cattle ranches and farms. We return calls; we are not afraid of hard work or long hours, and we will tell you the truth. If those qualities are important to you, please check out our listings or let us know if you are looking to list your property.

We rely on our reputation, on repeat customers and word of mouth advertising to continue to grow our business. We hope you give us a try!
